We have two units for rent in the new Garden District during the 9 week summer season:

Unit #1 (lower level and 1st floor) sleeps 8.  The lower level has two bedrooms (2 twins and 1 queen) one full bath, a large family room, and small eat-in kitchen.  The 1st floor has two bedrooms (2 twins and 1 queen) one full and one 1/2 bath, complete laundry facilities, a full kitchen, dining area, and large family room with fireplace.  A wrap-around porch with eating area is for the private use of unit #1 guests.

Unit #2 (2nd and 3rd floors) sleeps 10.  The 2nd floor has two bedrooms (2 twins and 1 king) one full and one 1/2 bath, complete laundry facilities, a full kitchen, dining area, and large family room.  Unit #2 also has a wrap-around porch with eating area for the private use of unit #2 guests.  The 3rd floor has three bedrooms (4 twins and 1 queen) one full and one 1/2 bath, and an open family room with vaulted ceilings and beautiful views towards Lenna Hall and the new music school.

Both units have access to an outside grill, cable TV, and wireless hi-speed internet.
